[0.16.51] Filtered inventory not preserved after death

OK, I understand the reasons perhaps, but this renders the inventory filter useless after the 60th slot (if respawn death is an acceptable way to play)

Fixed in 0.17.0.
Player inventory is increased permanently using research instead of using armors.

Would it be more accurate to say that filtered inventory is not preserved after inventory shrinks?
Because that is what it looks like here.

It is, but dying in that state isn't handled correctly.

So if you take armor off and put it back on, it preserves the filters, but if you die, it doesn't?
