New Game Option - All Tech Researched.

Headline: Start the Game with all the Technology researched and available.

What:
Forgive me if I have missed something (I don't know if there is a mod for this), but at present the only way to play in this mode is a sandbox, I'd still like the game objectives of avoiding the natives and escaping the planet. I'd suggest a game scenario where you're not in a sandbox, you still have to build the rocket and avoid the natives, but all your technology is already researched and available to you. Of course you can't make a-lot of it until you have scaled your production. But there is no need to make science packs. The game would focus on fast rocket production and defence (or attack) from the native.

Why:
It would give a different feel to the game, your objectives at the moment are heavily influenced by making your science pack production as good as it can be. If everything was already research, your objectives would be solely defending yourself and escaping.

This can be modded or scenario...-ed ? scripted ? turned into a scenario ? pretty easily I think. IIRC, it's even part of the creative mod.
