Make the "Tips and Tricks" pages have better navigation

The Tips and Tricks window that gets brought up when you load in to a map has lots of useful tutorial information in it, but it always starts on a Page 1, and only has Next/Previous buttons underneath it.

I think this could be improved if a page number was displayed at the bottom of the screen. Something like "Page 1 of 30".

If, on the right-hand side of the window, there was a table of contents that showed the page number and page title that let the player easily and quickly navigate through all the Tip screens, that that would be a huge help. It would turn this into an easy to navigate in-game wiki.
