show-debug-info-in-tooltips should include fluid info

TL;DR

The debug option show-debug-info-in-tooltips should include tooltips for fluids including fluid name as well as fuel_value and emissions_multiplier to make modding easier.

What?

I make mods, and I find the "show-debug-info-in-tooltips" option invaluable for looking up item/recipe/technology names. Sadly, this doesn't appear to work for fluids, as seen below:

Why?

Having this would make working with the 100's of fluids in some mods much easier. it is kind of a pain to look this info up manually, and it doesn't seem like a mod could replicate the same functionality I describe here as this doesn't appear to be accessible to mods.
