Allow blueprint placing while in map

With the new zoom feature on the map (really cool btw) I would love to be able to place blueprints. I can't be the only person that wants to just sit in the middle of their base after they have set up the start of a logistics system and control literally everything from one spot. Maybe you would have to do some researches to unlock special control center structures with which you can place the blueprints. Also with this you should also be able to control what each assembler actually assembles from inside the control center.

i don't know if we can build blueprint, but monday i could build ghost structure with the zoom (blue inserter and chest) and it's very cool !

I know that it hasn't worked for me. Might be a bug though but I haven't seen it in the changelogs.
