[0.15.4] fluid wagon

If you have all 3 tanks of the fluid wagon connected then there is really no reason for the ALT overlay to show the same icons 3 times.

Good point. Expanding on it, if you have two tanks linked and one separate, then the two linked ones should be covered by one icon, while the separate one has its own, for a total of two icons on the wagon.

I suggest not to combine it, because it is ambiguous with the case where only the center tank is filled.

Making the fluids merge in the GUI was deemed not worth the time it would take.
