Read train's red/orange signal

Read train's red/orange signal

I would like to read the target signal entity from the on_train_changed_state event, if LuaTrain.state is one of:
arrive_signal
wait_signal

Alternatively, you could add the signal entity to the LuaTrain object if that is easier.
