Midnight darkness

It would be good to change the darkness of the midnight in the data stage.

Some people want to see all things in the night, some will have the night absolutely dark. Now the both are not happy.

And those who wants it absolutely dark can turn down the monitor brightness? :P

Playing with RimWorld's Realistic Darkness mod is an interesting challenge and makes lights much more important.

You can change minimum brightness per surface in runtime now. Added in 0.17.9.
I'm not sure if it solves this fully - would need to check if it can be lowered to get pitch black night :D
