Show charge for items in the equipment grid

TL;DR

When the equipment grid is open the items should have a progress bar showing the current charge.

What ?

In the equipment grid view all items without full charge should have a progress bar directly on the icon (like the health bar for ammo or science packs).

Why ?

When the equipment grid is open one can hover over the items to see the current charge of each. This would be easier to see at a glance with the progress bars directly visible.
