Mod Profiles

Would be a great feature to be able to group mods with a name (Create o Profile), so we can alternate with ease the types of gameplay we like !

You know you can sync the mods with a given savefile ? When loading a savefile, click on that button :

A common workaround is to select all the mods you want, change all the mod settings the way you like them, then create a new map and immediately save, i.e. as "My Modpack A". Then you can use that savegame to sync mods+settings when you want to play that pack. If you adjust the map settings before creating you could even load it, press ESC->Restart and start a new map (with new seed) on your favourite settings.

+1 I do agree that all of this is kinda hacky.

Most likely indeed. I was waiting for OP to acknowledge the solution before moving the thread to technical help.

And a lot more, when I search for different keywords, which means something about “mod profiles” or “managing mods”, “selecting/handling/switching mods” etc. is one of the most discussed (and so missed/suggested) subjects in this suggestions board. It’s a good question where to move/join this… I wouldn’t know, and I would also ask.
