Default logistic trash size vs logistic request size

TLDR: Make default trash limit the stack size when making a new personal request.

When setting up my logistic requests for the first time, be it after unlocking a new technology or just joining a server, I almost never make the trash limit higher than the request size: I don't want my inventory clogged with more items than necessary. It is also the case that when clicking on a value along the number line, the request slider is put at that value rather than the closest slider: if my suggestion were implemented, it would be easy to just estimate the maximum desired value and click on that spot, bringing the trash slider, rather than the request slider to that location.
