Personal logistics numeric input tiny UI QOL tweak

When adding item requests in personal logistics, i tend to set the max amount to less than infinity, usually i set it the same as the min amount. So i end up always typing it in, because the default value after clicking the input box is zero. It would really be nice to have the max amount be preset at whatever the min amount is set to after clicking the max amount input box. So we don't have to type it in and can just click the confirm button.

Using the sliders on the bottom to adjust the min max, the second slider moves with the one selected when you move a bit too far, would it be possible for the 2nd slider to act as a hard stop instead? So the slider that is being moved just stops when going past the preset limit on the other slider.

While these things are certainly not a big priority by any measure, it would help out people like me who tend to have less than point perfect control of the mouse cursor.
