Change the automatic scaling of the UI to be more linear

Well I just changed to running the game in windowed mode and the second I resized the window a few pixels it already scaled the entire UI down from 100% to 75% and the text and everything became so blurry even on 1920x1080 one can barely read it.

So I had to override it manually to 100% again.

If you want to make that automatic scaling work better... I suggest making it something like a linear progression factor depending on the current window size in relative size to the desktop resolution or the likes instead of a bulky step like going immediately from 100% to 75% just because you resized the window by 10 pixels.
