nitpick: plz show inserter stack size override in tooltip

As the title says.

When I override the stack size limit, the override value does not show up in the toolip; to see what I set the override to I need to actually click on the inserter.

(Screenshot is from 0.17 , but applies to 0.18 too)

I think if the override is used, it is important enough to the player to deserve its spot in the tooltip.

I would mean it falls into the same category as with chests should display stack limitations. And not only in tooltip, it should show that on the inserter in alt-mode.
