Purple-Print

Like a blueprint, but can be placed over things to have them removed and replaced. (Like a blueprint and Deconstruction planner.)

Perhaps a blueprint could be simply 'switched' into a purple colored 'blueprint'...

This could be very helpful for switching from Transporter Belts to Fast or Express Transporter Belts, or upgrading Assemblers (& belts) in a production line.

If it has to be researched, so be it. Otherwise, the ability to do it right of the bat would be nice.

Placing a purple-blueprint over a patch of trees and having the trees auto removed before buildings placed would be nice.

For deconstructing environment you can just press shift while placing the blueprint.
