[QoL] Shift + Scroll

Hi,
would be cool to scroll thru the last things u had in hand with shift scroll. (skip STRG+V) Since its not used as far as i know, wouldnt hurt.

Or since Q can already let you "pipette" from the screen, maybe shift-Q ?

I think shift q is hard(er) to press.

shit + wheel is good to use.

But anyway, would also be better then strg v and then shift + wheel...
