Electric Network Info to show Satisfaction Percentage Graph (and more)

TL;DR

In the Electric Network Info GUI, display a graph (or plotline on existing graph) that contains the percentage electrical need that was satisfied over time.

What ?

The plotline should show 100% at optimal times -- which will be the same times that the Satisfaction bar shows green. However, this will plot it over time.
This idea can be the basis for further extensions, like:

• a percentage plotline showing how much came from accumulators
• a percentage plotline showing how much came from which category: steam, solar, nuclear, etc (maybe accumulators is in this category too)
• a percentage plotline showing how full the accumulators are

Why ?

The ragged line of the Production graph does not indicate when power went unsatisfied, or how large. Unsatisfied power is easily missable. This graph allows players to correctly allocate power resources.
