Change Upgrade planner, please

Hi,
i long used the mod with the upgrade planner thing. I dont know why you didnt make it like this, it was perfect, most important:

1.) if you change options in your toolbelt regrading upgrades, SAVE IT (Why should i want that item AGAIN in my backpack?) (i really dont get it!!!??)
That way you can have it next to your toolbar and it wouldnt take space in inventory. Current way is to drop it in inventar to save options (wtf??) The icon next to toolbar is ONLY usefull if you play vanilla and just want to upgrade the "standard things".

2.) make it save mod able things like bobs inserters (short, long, rotations)
