[0.17.x] Quick Put in Crafting Machine Menu tweak

I assume behind the name "quick put" (took it from the screenshots generated by the NPE campaign) are basically three general mechanics:

• putting items into machines by dropping them onto entities (assemblers, furnaces, burners etc.) by ctrl-leftclick for all items in hand and ctrl-rightclick for half the amount
• in menu of crafting/smelting/burning entity ctrl-left/rightclick on stack to insert full or half of the clicked stack
• in menu of crafting/smelting/burning entity ctrl-left/rightclick on empty inventory slot insert all items used by recipe or fuel (to max recipe buffer size or max available items in inventory)

my suggestion is regarding the last option. I think it would be more consistent and in many cases even useful to just fill the buffer with 50% if ctrl-rghtclick on empty inventory slot.
