Destroying walkways

I feel like when I drop a nuke, the stone or concrete path should be destroyed as well in the wake. I can understand that I can't destroy it with a machine gun or shotgun, but at least with a nuclear bomb it should be destroyed like everything else.

I agree. Nukes should destroy also items laying on ground. It would be practical perfect cleaning tool in certain situations.
