Alien Detector

An Alien detector that gives a network signal when aliens are near.
It could be useful to switch on laser turrests in the section of defense or switching off factories when the attacks getting too frequent (as if the pollution gets up too much there is more alien attacks).
Also could be useful to give a red traffic signal to trains when aliens are detected near a railway between save areas where they can wait.
Or simply give an alert on the speakers when aliens are near.

If I may add, there are some suggestions to just allow radars to output what they're sensing in the circuit networks :
