More Pipeing options

So basically make the pipes work more like conveyor belts,
I think there should be a pipe variant of the splitter and fast and filtered pipes!
it would make all the chemical factory stuff easier to lay out and connect, i hate having a pipe layout for water to spill in because its to close and have to redo ALL of it!
