Naming Train Stops - list box include stops no longer mapped

Devs,

When deleting a train stop, trains still have the stops in RED per their routing.

When creating a new stop, can the list box also include those RED stops? That would help simply recreating a new stop, especially when really, your intent is to move a stop from one side of the map to the other.

RED also means train stations that very much exist, but are disabled by circuit.

I completely agree though, it'd be helpful to be able to quickly relocate/recreate stations.
