Left Handed Preset

May it be possible to intergrate a Preset for lefthanded People?

The WSAD Control don't fit this and I (personally) prefered it, if someone have not to manually reset the keys to fit.
I am righthanded and have no problems but a fellow who I have hooked to factorio is lefthanded

What keys do you want for left-handed people? Arrow keys? I know many left-handed people who still guide the mouse with the right hand.
