Show research speed (research bonus) in lab description

Just as was recently added in 0.15.11 with mining productivity research bonuses showing in the description (though it should also show with no modules installed), request that the labs show not only their module/beacon related speed, but also their "Lab research speed" applied bonuses. This should show even if only research bonus is applied (no modules/beacons installed). As with the mining addition, having lab speed reflect *all* added effects will help the player correctly calculate lab ratios based on their current progress.
