Covering the floor and change the gui and dump fluids

Some of spaces of the game map have a a few resources that is a waste of time mining can you give the players a capability os we when put concret on the floor thas resources get covered??? For example now in the game if you put stone or concrete above resources ( coper/iron/coal/uranium )that not get covered!

+The interface of the main game when we play, that can be fix to get only inside of screen... If we have a small screen for example the standard configuration is the gui in game is 150% I have a screen of 17" and when i go to see the details of steam engine half of details is under the screen if i whant to see all detais i must put the gui at 120% the the icons of the game gets to small.

+Trasnmission pipes of heat of reactor can be glowing in red like uranium

+please i know that is have been requested ( put the reactor get exploded if not been cooled )

+ another sugestion: an way to dump fluids in lake, water turns polluted and cannot be used and a time for the water get pure again!! whit dump we can get a balance wirh fluids.
