Please add Timestamps and Scrollback for Multiplayer Chat

Hey,

I think this would be a very important feature for Multiplayer. Sometimes a lot of people talk at once or you go AFK a bit and you miss what has been said. Timestamps would also be useful to know if a message is recent or from an hour ago. Logging chat locally would also be useful.

I also mentioned once to perhaps have an advanced chat, where the background is darker and you can toggle on and off depending on the attention you need to pay to the chat console.
