Auto-apply ghost settings when placing a new building

When placing a building over a ghost of the same type, auto-apply ghost settings on the placed building.

Reason: manual construction over ghosts is much more common now that blueprints are always available.

Yep, seems so, thanks! Apparently I skipped it when looking for duplicates as it's title spoke about placing ghosts, not actual objects.
