barel for all liquid

Hi,

because it's very complexe to move all liqud on a long way, i think it cound be very interesting than we can use barel for all liquid. not only for petrol but also for water, oil, chemical, ...
So we can use train to move liquid from 1 point to an other.

I believe a proper fluid-tanker is in the works by devs. No idea when it'd be done, though. The current packaging oil to barrels is just a stop-gap measure.

There are some mods out there that add barrels of other fluids into game. Liquidstation is one of them

According to the roadmap they have it planned for 0.12. When that version comes out is anyone's guess but I'd say between October-December.
