0.15.1 Feature request - Science lab Circuit Network

Small feature request - when connecting a lab through the circuit network, it would be nice if it sent out signals on the network containing the science packs used by the current research. This will allow 'smart' setups for powering on parts of the factory on-demand for producing different type of science packs (or blinking lights or what not).
