I want hovercrafts with lasers and stuff

Post tank and prior to power armor Mk2, a hover craft capable of going over water but bouncing off of trees with lasers plus machine gun ammo would be sweet. Maybe a few less HP but able to escape over water to allow repair bots to fix your busted boat.

The bouncing off of trees/objects sounds like a fun trade off of control (forcing a loss of intended direction and speed) for high speed and maneuverability of the hovercraft under normal circumstances.

EDIT: and sharks with frickin' laser beams attached to their heads, in the water?
