Difficulty option: Cannot zoom out

For a really annoying map, allow servers to limit the zoom in/out. On a map where your only option is to stay fully zoomed in, battling bugs and avoiding trains becomes a heck of a hassle and ramps up the difficulty immensely.

Also, allow an option for limiting the overview map zoom, for the same reasons.

Can you explain me, why someone would like to play so?

It's not necessarily a thing of "liking", it's to add variety and challenge and difficulty for people bored with the standard gameplay.

It is difficult to see how this kind of artificial and annoying restriction gives interesting challenge. But in any case, you can decide that you do not zoom and change zoom control from wheel to some unused keys to prevent accidental zooming. It is best way to do any personal restrictions.

Cause players zoom is part of his view, this zoom can be controlled with a mod.

So already implemented (IMHO) and will not come into the game, until it is proven to be a cool new part of the game.
