Keep Inventory for Chests

Sometimes I have a chest with build materials that I would like to move to another site, but with inventory management issues and no good way to conveyor the items for A to B, I'm stuck. I propose that in the Chest GUI, a lock button could be at the top right. When pressed, it would appear locked, and when the chest is broken, the chest would retain its items. Maybe this would only be available to Iron Chests+ to be a bit balanced.

If you are familiar with the Minecraft Mod Thermal Expansion and the Strongbox it adds, you'd get the idea.

A "fix" for that cheat would be to allow such things to only be carried in player inventory/hotbar, disallow player to enter any vehicles and make player move at fraction of their normal speed

Basically it would allow player to move chests full of stuff but it would be quite unreasonable to run around with chest(s) full of stuff on them all the time.
