Changing resolution

Hi there,

I have an idea for the game.
My idea is to put in the settings an new tab for changing the screen resolution, because it's a big bottleneck for me as an Dutch sart-up youtuber. I want to put my factorio in 1280X720 for HD video's and I love playing in 1280X720.
I hope this wil be an feature.

Step 1: Change display from Full-Screen to Windowed.
Step 2: Resize window to desired size (1280x720 in your case).
Step 3: Go eat a pizza, you must have been playing Factorio for too long.

I tried via Steam but the game didn't work via the code I used -sw -w 1280 -h 720
