UI feedback, when the game is downloading something

Hi,

it would be nice to have some kind of feedback, when the game is downloading stuff.

An example would be the download of the mod-list. When clicking on the 'install mods' button, the game freezes until it has downloaded the mod-list from the mod-portal.
It would be nice to have a small pop-up with "Downloading mod-list from mod-portal. Please wait"

Same for downloading a single mod: there seems to be a 'progress bar' but I've never seen it doing something, It only shows 'downloading 1/1' or 'downloading nothing'
