Water platforms

Hi, I had idea about water platforms, where you can build assembling machines, labs, belts, inserters and drones... Of course there will be boats, oil platforms and maybe some new aliens and weapons (something like torpedos, hightech harpoons...). Just an idea... dammit, I should learn writting codes and try to make on my own.

Learning some programming is a great idea if you're so inclined, but in this case it won't help much, as factorio's modding system is very limited.

Well the system might be limited in some points, but most of the suggested points are totally doable with the given possibilities...
