Ghost Blueprint Construction Toggle

The usefulness of ghost prints for planning goes down when you get your personal roboport or are trying to plan something out within the range of an existing roboport.

I suggest a button near the equipment panel at the bottom right that can toggle off your personal roboport or toggle auto-constructing of ghosts that the player places down.
