Greifing rollback

Add admin option to do a server rollback to an earlier autosave without having to restart the server.

This way it's easier to repair geiefers damage instead of going around and try to find what they broke in a lage base.

For example /rollback 2 will roll back two last autosaves, pause the game for every one and then upload map to everyone as if joining a game.

However, your case makes an important point. Server setting like a black-list of players need to be preserved.
