Reduce warnings when personal bots out of room

Reduce the frequency of the annoying warning beeps and flooding of the log/chat window when personal construction robots can't place items in your inventory because it's full.

That's a suggestion not a bug...
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.

I really hope they do something about this because it's been an annoyance ever since the personal roboport was implemented.
  1. The construction robots should just emit a soft, robotic "error sound" if they can't put items in your inventory.
  2. It must be a soft sound because it is going to spam whenever the inventory is full and many bots are present.
  3. Chat log spam also ruins immersion - it's a debugging log that has no business being visible in the game outside of debugging mode.
