[0.14.17] Train schedule GUI should open with current order

When you open the train schedule GUI the first order entry in the schedule list is selected and the conditions of that entry is shown at the bottom. However it should preselect the current active order entry of the schedule. I always assume that the current active order is selected and try to change the conditions for that entry, but in reality I change the conditions of the first entry. Or I want to see its current conditions and see it has a "Inventory full" condition even though the train is currently at a drop station, until I realize the first entry is selected.
