Require Enter/focus change to accept new log. request amount

So, raise your hand if this ever happened before: you need to change your request item amount on either yourself or some requester chest from, say, 100 to 200. While typing, you accidentally make it 1200. Now every logistic bot on your hemisphere is already on the way to drown you in items, and there's nothing you can do to change the order.

Request; please do not immediately apply the value of the "requested amount" slider and textboxes. Instead, wait for the slider to be released, and the textbox to either lose focus or receive an Enter keystroke.
