hotkey for snapping car/tank direction to grid while turning

My base is usually layed out with stuff going horizontal or vertical. So while driving I want to go exactly horizontal or vertical too so I don't drift into power poles or other stuff. One can pick up the car and place it to get the perfect bearing but that requires removing everything from the trunk and refueling.

It would be nice if there were a hot key to make the car/tank turn till the next horizontal or vertical direction (make a 90° turn) or have it align itself it it's near enough one.
