Replay Support on Load + change

Currently, there is a message when you load a game with new configuration, that it breaks the replay functionality. Would it be possible to have it instead start a new replay starting at that new load?

The issue, I think, is that the game saves all commands, plus the seed allowing for all random functions to come out the same. If any mods or configuration stuff are changed, then the replay will not correspond to what happened, so is invalid. However, if it started from that new position, it should still work fine.
