New Defences and Tools

some new structures and tools that suit the development process of the game :)

Equips
Grenade Launcher - sometimes u just can't throw them far enough
Dynamite - a fast way to mine and blow up spawners. most ores and alien artifacts are blown up in the process so ineffecient, can also be used to clear unwanted areas of ores to build on.
Pneumatic drill - late game mining made super quick requires petroleum or batteries

Defences
Concrete Wall & Reinforced Concrete Wall - we have stone walls and concrete, it seems like a natural progression and would mean your walls wont have to be 4-5 layers think in the late game or in death worlds
Electric Fence - weak defence but damages & mini-stuns any enemy that touches it at the cost of a small amount of power (maybe a use for the endless wood you get, toggle-able with power switches & circuit network etc)
Launcher Turret - a turret that can be given Capsules & Grenades to throw at enemy targets.
Tank Traps (maybe) - more for PVP when implemented resistant to explosives so the tank can't just blow it up.
Bunker - just costs stone to make you can fire out of this but is unequipped itself gives a huge defence bonus to a player inside
