Request: Disable Achievement Notifications Option

I am requesting a setting that disables the achievement notifications. I find the current notification pretty intrusive, especially as I just installed some mods and now it wants to tell me about every little achievement all over again.

The achievement system is cool, and I'm sure a lot of people really like being surprised by getting a cool achievements. That's fantastic, and I had a good laugh about the fish, but I'd be happier without the bells and whistles. (I also think the current notification sound is a bit too dramatic for the tone of the game, but that's not really the point.) I'd very much appreciate having a checkbox to turn off the notification dialog and sound. I don't care much whether this checkbox would disable achievement tracking altogether, or if it would just suppress the notification system. (Some people have requested a way to turn off achievement tracking altogether for certain saves or multiplayer games. That would be fine for me.) I'd just like some mechanism to quiet it down so I can build my factories in peace.
