Out To Sea - mass update

implements use of the green water (ocean?) in the map editor.

New Buildings:

Sea Port:
builds Sea-based units

Oil Platform:
Self Explanitory. Uses Barrels to put oil in. High pollution.

Fishing Wharf:
collects fish in an area.

Sonic Bouy:
provides vision like a radar but much smaller area. only shows water tiles.

Electric Net:
uses rail planner for construction. Must connect to shore or net. connects to buildings for electricity

New Units:

Barge: Transport ship
used to move oil pumped from platforms. can also be used to move items between Ports, allowing to expand a base across large water pools

Frigate: military ship
Uses Cannon Shells and bullets for ammo. Cannon has 4x rate of fire compared to tank. has 6x rate of fire compared to gun turret for ammo

New Enemy:
Swimmer: sea alien

Spawner:
Color: Green.
Only appears in shore area nests along coast. Low frequency.
Alien:
Partially submerged unit. Latches onto buildings and ships. Deals electric damage.

I thought where is the download link until i saw it's just the suggestion forum :/

Added to viewtopic.php?f=80&t=25728 More Water Usages (Aquafarm, enemies, oil riggs...)
Cool suggestion: Eatable MOUSE-pointers.
