Free blueprints for everyone!

Please, just make blueprints free and accessible from the start. I don't mean free construction bots and roboports, but simple blueprints should be accessible for free, stored globally (shared between savegames!) and even work without c/bots in some small range from the player. It's not challenging anyway, it's just complicating and adding human errors to the play.

P.S. And it would be just perfect if Ctrl-C worked as "copy to clipboard/ to blueprint"
