[0.13] Climate selection dropdown

TL;DR: Add a new drop down menu to select the type of biome you'd like to play in.

Reasoning: I like to play in a contiguous biome which is green. I don't like desert; hurts my eyes when I'm playing late at night. Green is soothing.

In light of the terrain segmentation bug in 0.13, I had this idea:

Create a new dropdown (or set of dropdowns) in the new game selection screen that allows you to choose the type of terrain you'd like to play in. Drop down options could include the likelihood of vegetation and the type of terrain (ie. temperate, tropical, arid).

The drop downs would allow the terrain generator to favour one (or two) types of terrain over the others.
