now we got the hazardus concrete, its almous the same like concrete but a different texture (same walk speak and only convert 10x conrete to 10x concrete)

maybe a menu where whe can choose a texture bevore placing
some stone and some concrete texture maybe we have wood boards so we have a 3rd type of flooring wood with 110% walkspeed maybe metal flooring too dont kow
