[0.13] Highlight red/green wires on poles like other devices

I'd like to be able to trace these wires without having to stay zoomed out to reach a combinator. Can the highlight-wires-on-hover behavior that combinators and other devices have be extended to the poles as well?

I add: It would be useful to have the highlight keep turned on (until some (other) action), so that the player can follow it, without again and again need to highlight it.
